Doors & hardware to match existing for new builds or recent houses. The 3 piece bathroom is finished with glazed ceramic tiles on bathroom walls and porcelain tiles on floor. An independent furnace and laundry room is also provided to fulfil the secondary suite requirement.

Yes, we offer a two-year comprehensive warranty on all our new development or renovation services. This ensure our clients are protected, providing them with peace of mind that they need, and reinforcing confidence.

Multiple factors determine how long a basement development or renovation project could last from permit processing, square footage and customization. However, on an average, a 600-750 sqft basement development takes between 10 – 12 weeks to complete.

The cost of a basement development or renovation project would depend on a couple of factors mostly size of space, number of rooms and customization. For our basement package, click here to view our pricing.

Typically, our quote covers everything else excluding appliances. These would include, permit application, floor plan design, framing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC roughing, drywalls etc. and will be clearly stated in your contract, so there are no hidden costs.
